- How many guests can we host?
- Up to 25 guests at the quay and 12 on board during a private archipelago cruise.
- Can we hold the ceremony on board?
- Yes — M/Y Gaia can be used for the ceremony in port or at sea. We coordinate with your officiant.
- How is food and drink handled?
- We work with Stockholm catering partners — from light brunch to seated dinner. Champagne and bar arranged separately.
- What happens in bad weather?
- Moored at the quay, M/Y Gaia runs whatever the weather. For an archipelago cruise we replan the date or stay in port — decided the day before, together.
